Product Description

MSP-40M Mobile test stand for dielectric mats/blankets/covers is designed to test:

Insulating equipment:

• Class 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 electrical insulation covers;
• Class 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 electrical insulation blankets;
• Electrical insulation mats class 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4.

All tests are in accordance with the following standards: EN 61111, EN 61112, ASTM D1048, F479, F1236.

All parameters are managed by a microprocessor control unit. Test voltage, current limit and test time can be selected.

The microprocessor control unit has a menu that allows the user to select the type (grade, length, new or retested) of rubber product to be tested. This eliminates the likelihood of operator error and ensures exceptionally fast switching from one class to another. Current readings for all items are conveniently displayed on the control panel, and the peak current during the test is recorded on the screen for easy recording.
