A stand for simultaneous testing – according to the type of measuring tank – 2 electrical insulating protective gloves, shoes and boots or 1 sleeves.
It consists of a measuring tank and a control unite with high voltage transformers, a control autotransformer with a drive, control systems and protections. Each measuring circuit is supplied from its own 50 kV 40mA high voltage test transformer. A test takes place simultaneously on all the circuits. Such a supply solution allows avoiding voltage fluctuations in case of a breakdown in one of the
items under testing.
The manual filling the items under testing with water up to the required level and its immersion in the measuring tank.

Operation modes of the MSP-50-2 device with additional test stands:

1. Hot stick testing with SD-1/SD-3 stands. The transformers are switched in counterphase to obtain a voltage of 100kV.
2. Voltage indicators testing with SW-1 stand. Test of voltage indicators from 1 to 50kV using a single transformer.
3. Dielectrics mats/blankets testing with IMT-40 stand. The transformers are switched in parallel
   for higher output power.
4. Dielectric covers testing with CS-1/CS-2 testing stand.
