Description
The Automatic Dielectric Constant, Tan delta &Resistivity Test set:
- measurement of the tangent of the angle of dielectric losses, dielectric constant and specific volumetric electric resistance of transformer oil
- measuring cylindrical vessel, three electrode type
- complete automation of measurement according to DSTU 6581-75, IEC-60247-2004, ASTM-D924-03, AS-1767.1-1999, BS-148-1998, JIS-C2101-1999, ASTM-D1169-02, IEC 61620
- the induction method maximizes the time and ensures uniform heating of the oil
The Automatic Dielectric Constant, Tan delta &Resistivity Test set, (Model ADTR) is an instrument designed to measure three important parameters of an insulating medium. Though specifically designed for testing oil and other dielectric fluids, it can be used to test other insulating media, provided a suitable test fixture is available. By combining the three measurements in a single unit, the entire test procedure is simplified to a great extent, resultin in considerable saving in time. Once the instrument is installed and test connections are made, tests can be carried out without ever disturbing the test set-up.
Many advanced features and safety checks are built into this instrument, making it a very reliable, simple and safe instrument to operate and maintain. This instrument is fully automatic and microprocessor controlled. It measures Dielectric Constant, Tan Delta & Resistivity of the transformer oil as well as other insulating media at set voltages and display the results.
